About this bike

The Montra Celtic is an affordable, lightweight road bike designed for riders getting into road cycling, fitness training and longer weekend rides. Its 6061 alloy frame is TIG-welded for strength while keeping weight down, and a rigid lightweight steel fork provides stable, predictable steering. A Shimano Claris 2x8 groupset, with ST-R2000 integrated brake and shift levers, lets you change gears and brake without moving your hands from the drop handlebar. The Prowheel 50/34T compact crankset paired with a Shimano HG200 12-32T cassette gives a wide gear range for fast flats and easy climbing. Tektro R315 alloy caliper brakes provide dependable stopping, while fast-rolling 700 x 25C road tyres keep the ride quick and responsive. Sealed-bearing XMR alloy hubs roll smoothly and need less maintenance. Delivered 90% pre-assembled with a tool kit, the Celtic is available in sizes M and L in Black, making it an excellent first road bike.
