Where we ship
We ship to addresses across India. We do not ship outside India at this time.
Orders are dispatched from our Coimbatore or Salem store, depending on where your product is in stock.

Order value is your cart total. If your cart has products from more than one group, you pay the single highest applicable shipping charge, not the charges added together. The final charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices on our website include GST.
Dispatch and delivery times
Estimated delivery times:
- Tamil Nadu: 2–3 days
- Rest of India: 5–10 days
Remote areas may take longer. We will share tracking details by email or SMS once your order ships.
Bicycle delivery and assembly
Bicycles are shipped 80–90% assembled. If you need help with the final assembly, contact us.
Damaged in transit
Please check your package on delivery. If the box is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos. See our Refund & Return Policy for next steps.
Delays
If your order will arrive later than the estimate, we will inform you. Delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier network disruptions, are not treated as late delivery.
