Products, prices and availability

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping is charged separately as shown at checkout.
  • We try to show products, colours and specifications accurately. Minor differences in colour or finish may occur.
  • Stock is shared with our Coimbatore and Salem stores. If an item you paid for is unavailable, we will inform you and refund you in full.
  • We may correct pricing or listing errors. If an order was placed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing it.

Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store your card details.

Complaints can be raised with our Grievance Officer (see Contact Information). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
